All content on this website is owned by the CCCC or by third parties who have authorised its use. By way of example and not limitation, this includes texts, articles, fact sheets, data, databases, compilations, documents, photographs, videos, images, logos, trademarks, names, designs, structure, selection, ordering and presentation of content, as well as software and technical elements.

7. Licence regime for website content and data

Unless expressly stated otherwise for specific content, the content and data accessible through this website are made available to users under the licence:

Creative Commons Attribution – NonCommercial – NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).

  • appropriate credit is given to the authorship and ownership corresponding to the CCCC;
  • a reference to the applicable licence is included;
  • it is not used for commercial purposes;
  • no derivative works, transformations, adaptations, remixes or modifications of the original material are disseminated, published or made available to third parties.

In any authorised reuse, the following mention, or an equivalent one, must be clearly indicated:

"Source: Coordinadora de Colles Castelleres de Catalunya (CCCC). Licence CC BY-NC-ND 4.0."

The indicated licence is understood without prejudice to the limits, exceptions or authorisations that may be applicable under current legislation.

8. Use of the database, mass reuse and uses involving artificial intelligence

The CCCC expressly opposes any use of the content, data or data structures of this website that exceeds the simple reuse permitted by the indicated licence and, in particular, any use that involves:

  2. the extraction, mining, automated scraping or mass or systematic reuse of all or a substantial part of the website database;
  3. the use of the content or data for the training, fine-tuning, validation, enrichment, semantic indexing, automatic generation or any other development of artificial intelligence systems or algorithmic models that involve the transformation, derivative exploitation or reuse not expressly permitted;
  4. any use in environments or projects with a lucrative purpose, direct or indirect;
  5. any use associated with sponsorships, brands, collaborations or communication actions that may contradict the sponsorships, institutional agreements, interests or positioning of the CCCC.

Consequently, any derivative use, including by way of example uses for artificial intelligence, the generation of websites or services based on the website data, the creation of derivative products or the structured reuse of the database, necessarily requires:

  • prior, express and written authorisation from the CCCC; and
  • the prior signing of a collaboration agreement with the CCCC.

This agreement must be based, at a minimum, on the following principles:

  • non-profit use of the project or initiative;
  • absence of sponsorships, commercial support or brand associations that are incompatible or contradictory with those of the CCCC;
  • full respect for the purpose, integrity, context and reputation of the castells tradition and the CCCC;
  • compliance with applicable regulations on intellectual property, databases, competition, data protection and any other relevant provisions.

To request authorisation, a reasoned request must be sent to: coordinadora@cccc.cat.

The absence of an express response shall not be construed in any case as tacit authorisation.
